Asda - nationwide

Asda needed to carry out a full audit of their supermarkets to provide in depth analysis for future improvements and refurbishments. They were currently using a combination of four companies to carry out this task.

Evolve consolidated their requirements and handled the entire process including in depth condition surveys for the required supermarkets and the analysis of these.

All supermarkets were surveyed and advisories were highlighted to the team. Evolve also carried out a cost analysis report of all the maintenance to ensure Asda were getting the best possible value for the project.
