House of Fraser needed to outsource the process of installing new concessions into department stores, to save time and budget.

Evolve carried out an initial scoping meeting followed by a full store survey. From this, a design proposal was developed for the clients’ sign off. evolve managed the entire process, liaising with contractors, clients and employees to ensure all expectations were met.
