Starbucks needed a full project management team to coordinate the roll out of new stores, in time for the Olympics. This was a time intensive process and the requirements covered everything from architectural surveys, to full coordination of all contractors and stakeholders.

Evolve integrated with the Starbucks team, becoming an extension of their property division to carry out all necessary architectural surveys and space planning activities, all whilst project managing the entire process.

The stores were rolled out on time, and within budget. The Starbucks team were able to free up internal resource to focus on other activities knowing that evolve had the project in hand.
